Utah's liquor laws evolve

Asking each generation of the Utah Legislature to write or revise the liquor laws is like asking cats to write and rewrite laws for dogs. They never make common sense, and they attempt to prohibit 'The People' from pursuing their happiness.

Once Utah liquor laws become understandable with time, the Legislature, in their infinite lack of wisdom, changes them at the tax payers expense.

Perhaps the Utah State Legislature can take a cue from an old Roman:

CORRVPTISMA REPVBLICA PLVRIMAE LEGES
The more corrupt a republic is, the more laws that exist

- - Tacitus, Annals III 27
